Good Afternoon Renie,
You are most welcome for those awards. I don't like to pick just a few, so that's why I thought it would be better on my to pass them on to all my blogging buddies. I hope you feeling better today. It has been a cooler day today. It is only 47 degrees as I'm typing this. They say we are suppose to have some Severe Thunderstorms Sunday. I sure hope not. It can rain, but just nothing severe. I hope you have gotten in the Christmas Spirit. Seems like when hubby left out Sunday evening, I just lost all my motivation. I still don't have my village up yet. He is suppose to be home tonight sometime. Maybe while he is home over the weekend I can get it up. Well, take care my friend and have a great Thursday. May God Bless You and Yours.

Hugs,
Karen H.

Hi Karen,

Sorry it took me a while to put the awards up, but yes, I'm feeling better and am finally getting into the Christmas Spirit. Will do Hootin'Anni's Christmas meme tonight, if I have time for it. I'm sure when your husband gets home, you will regain the Spirit again, and will finish decorating.

Yes, it's cold today, but the sun is shining brightly, and sunshine always cheers me up.

Have a great evening with your girls.

Blessings,

Renie

The leg award looks like the lamp from that movie, I think called the Christmas Story. Where the little boy wants the bb gun and everyone keeps telling him, he'll shot his eye out. Hope you are feeling better today.

Hi Patty,

You are right. It does look just like the leg lamp from Christmas Story. That was filmed in Ohio, too, I believe. In Cleveland Hts.

I am feeling much better. Thank you for coming by.

Holiday cheers!

Dear Renie ~~ I am so glad you are feeling better and a sunny day does help. The awards are great _ I love the leg lamp. Thank you for your comments. It was sad for Olive to lose her son at any age. She is amazing at 108. Glad you enjoyed the T-I-M-E story and got a laugh from the testing thermometers. Take care, my friend, Love, erle.

Good Morning Renie,
I don't know if you are up yet or not, but I haven't posted yet and not sure if I'll get a chance to. Hubby and I have some business to attend to in Jonesboro this morning and I don't know how long we will be. I just wanted to stop by and check on you before I had to be away from the computer. I hope you have good day today. It is chilly here this morning. It is 36 degrees right now. They are still calling for rain and Thunderstorms on Sunday. I hope yall don't get any ICE as well. That stuff is just dangerous. Well, take care my friend and have a great Friday. May God Bless You and Yours.

Hugs,
Karen H.

Hi Karen,

Oh, yep, I'm up already! Have to go to town this morning as well, so will be gone part of the day. Thank you for checking on me. You are so kind hearted. Have a nice day today. I'm glad your husband is home for the weekend. I don't believe we will get ice. Forecast calls for lots of rain though. But today will be sunny and beautiful again, so might as well enjoy it while we can.

Take care, my friend, Blessings and Hugs,

Renie

I'm glad you were able to post your awards, Leann. And thank you for the surprise for me, that I found. It's absolutely gorgeous!

I don't blame the geese for heading south! We were to have a little ice Sunday night, but they have changed it to only rain. It's
too mild here for anything else, for now, thank goodness.

I used to love snow when I was young. But since living among these roller coster hills, I no longer love it. Too hard to get around without landing in a ditch!

Leann, thank you for the beautiful award you gave me!

Hugs,

Renie

funny. we look at the same "leg lamp" out the front window. Our neighbors display it proudly starting every Thanksgiving.
I love the movie it's from!

Renie,

Congratulations! These are so cute, especially the elephants. The leg lamp makes me think of "A Christmas Story" - I enjoyed that very much. Take care.
