Ruby Tuesday

I enjoy visiting my blogging friend Linda's Ruby Tuesday posts, and decided to join in this week. On Ruby Tuesday, participants post a picture/s that has/have something red in it. It can be just a bit of red, or a lot of red.

Visit the teach to find out more, if you would like to participate in Ruby Tuesday.

I took this shot of sunrise in my woods, early Sunday morning. The forecast said mostly cloudy, with some sunshine in the afternoon. You can see the dark clouds trying to cover the rising sun. The sun won! The clouds disappeared as it got light, and it was a perfect sunny, Autumn day, and I enjoyed it immensely.

Happy Ruby Tuesday!

Blessings from the woods!

That is a beautiful sunrise picture. I just love pictures of sunrises and sunsets. I posted a picture of a sunset on my "Reading Corner" blog yesterday.

When I first saw the "Ruby Tuesday" I thought of the restaurant. But of course as I read on I found out I was wrong.

Have a pleasant day.

What's that saying: "Red in the morning, sailor's warning..." - glad it turned out to be such a great day :)

What a gorgeous red. Thanks for posting the picture. It seems like most of the sun rises I see are orange.

Ohhhh that's so pretty. Ruby Tuesday..hmmmmm....the only beautiful image that I have in my files that I know of, is one I pilfered once from another site because I wanted to draw it. I wish I could post it because it is absolutely gorgeous!!!! It's glass ware with ruby colors along the edge.

Maybe I can draw it and post it next Tuesday.

I hope you're having a wonderful day!!

Beautiful Sunrise! I don't see many of those!! :)

I see more sunsets!

But last year as we were leaving the beach in FL. we watched the sun come up over the Gulf of Mexico and it was just beautiful!

Kelly was able to get some good pictures! I am so glad we took the time to stay and watch it. Love and hugs, Grams

Renie
The irony is we covered sunsets/sunrises last week in Psych Adjustment, and how they contribute to :stress releif: and just in general how people don't take the time to notice them anymore. Thanks for the picture! It reminded me of a little thing to be thankful for.

Renie,

You asked if I miss the "Old Homestead" Not for one minute. I never looked back when we moved. I have visited it a few times when we go back and visit the family. But miss the farm, no. But what I miss is the beautiful Fall season. As you can see I lived in an ocean of beautiful colors.

Have a good night and a fun tomorrow...good night.

Your picture is just beautiful. It almost looks like a painting. I wish I could see sunrises and sunsets from my house but there is a lot in the way blocking the view. Mostly a big hill and lots of trees.
You must love waking up each morning to see what lovely sunrise the Lord will bless you with.
Love you dear friend

Dear Renie ~~ I see that I am now one of your followers, as always, but it worked
this time. The sunrise is very lovely, so much red. I sit up late at night, the
sun rises are out of the question. Glad you liked the Twins story - it was a nice one, and the lady taking the remote, and Hebrews.. It is good to have a laugh isn't it? Take great care dear friend, Love and Blessings, Merle.

That has got to be one of the prettiest sunrises that I've seen pictured!

Thanks for the birthday wishes and the compliment. I really appreciated it.

Gorgeous sunrise! I love the red color in it.

I am back! My son took his 2 cats home Sunday night. They required a lot of care with all their meds and everything. I spent a lot of time with them. They won't be here Christmas.....so sad, but they are both doing much better now. But Punky's cancer will return, as it did this time. It has shrunken away now, and she got 4 extra months last time. Only time will tell how much time she will have this time before it returns. Scooter is doing pretty good with her heart condition. She's a dear little kitty.

I am trying to catch up on blog reading....hope I can get all caught up by the end of the weekend!

Have a great weekend, Renie!
