Weekend Wishes!

Our weather this week has been gorgeous, and me being such a gad about, have been out enjoying it. Our peak colors are still about two weeks away, but nature has been giving us spurts of delight as hillsides and roadsides gleam in the bright sunshine.

While I was watching these geese swim around at Mammoth Spring State Park, in Arkansas, a sense of peace and calm enveloped me. And peace and calm is a nice feeling to have, especially these days!

So, dear friends-
Don't worry,
Be happy,
And enjoy the weekend!

And if you're a praying kind of person, a little prayer for our country just now, wouldn't hurt either.

Blessings from the woods!

Amen to that. A little prayer never hurts anything. We've been having beautiful weather also. It did rain I believe Wednesday but we also needed it. Have a great week-end yourself.

Renie,

The geese are so lovely to watch. Great shot. I'm looking forward to photos when your autumn colors are at their peak. Northern Ontario was just beautiful this year. I have posted more photos.

Yes, a prayer that includes both the US and Canada - both countries have elections coming up and the economy is not good.

Enjoy your weekend, my friend.
Blessings,
Mary

Your fall beauty is ahead of us.. we're just starting to see some color down here on the coastal plain.. Praying wouldn't hurt and Bible reading would HELP our Country. We need to go back and see what God says...

Our leaves still have a way to go before they peak. Oh, I just love fall!!!

"In every life we have some trouble,
when you worry you make it double,
don't worry, be happy"

I was so into Bob Marley several years back. I still like to listen to some Reggae.

I got your package in the mail yesterday. Hopefully you'll get it the first of the week.

What a lovely picture. It certainly brings peace to me just looking at it.
I saw seven Canadian geese flying south a few days ago. Winter is creeping upon us. We've had a few heavy frost's too so I had to go finish harvesting my garden today. It's time to put it to bed for the season.
I do pray our Lord will bless America and give her leaders wisdom.
May He bless you too Renie.
Love, Prayers and Hugs!

Renie, The Geese are beautiful on the lake. The weather this week here has been just beautiful Fall weather. It's been in the high 70s and just sunny and beautiful. But, come Monday the rains are forecast to move in and we'll have cooler weather. Back to reality!

Have a nice day and enjoy your Sunday with your friends.

Hi Renie!

The ducks stole my heart right off! We used to live on a lake with lots of mallards and loved to watch them. They are just so graceful and so at peace....why can't we all learn a lesson from them? They act as if they have not a worry in the world. Beautiful photo, Renie!

Loved the photo of your road, too! Another peaceful one! Looks like God's Country!

I am trying to read a few blogs today in between working. It's just a busy season for us with the rentals, what with the holidays approaching ever so quickly.

Have a great week, Renie, andn thanks for stopping by!

Renie,

Looking at that pic makes me wish that I was a goose...

(maybe I am - lol)

The wind is blowing very hard this weekend - it has already broken 2 of my rose bushes. I've been inside all weekend - doing absolutely nothing.

It has been a long time since I had felt that way myself while out with nature.

I sure could used some warmth to go with our sunshine we had today.

Hope you had a nice weekend so far.

Dear Renie ~~ The photo is beautiful and it reminds me of the word serene and serenity. You certainly live in a lovely place and we should all relax and be happy and say some prayers for all our countries and all our servicemen who are fighting for our freedom. I hope you have a lovely week my friend. Thank you for your comments about the Phone story
and the killer biscuits, and I am glad your mouse is really shiny. Take care dear friend, Love, Merle.

Hi Renie,
What a lovely serene photo. Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Once again I'm so sorry you've had trouble commenting. I do appreciate your birthday wishes especially since you had such a terrible time with blogger.
I tried to email you but couldn't see an address. I wanted you to know I've changed my comment form, so perhaps that was part of the problem. Could you let me know if it's now easier for you??
Thanks,
xo

Hi Renie,

One of our Elders and dear friend announced in church yesterday that he will be at the church at 6:30 A.M. each Tuesday from now to election day to pray for all the issues before our county and local governments. I plan to be there.

I know you will be joining us in your prayers too.
