Patti at Nonna's News, and Karen at Karen's Korner have passed this nice award on and included me. I am honored to receive it, ladies. Thank you for thinking of me. You are both dear friends!
Since I believe that every Blog has a purpose, I would like to pass this award on to all my friends on my Blog Roll. Please take it, and enjoy!

Good Evening Ms, Renie,
"CONGRATULATION'S" on the Award that Patti passed on to you and you are more than Welcome for it from me. My DH and his Uncle made it home around 5:15p.m. this afternoon. I was so relieved to see him. They did have alot of ice on their truck from up in Missouri. My DH said his Uncle drove thru quite a bit of ice around the Springfield area. We are under another freezing rain advisory until 6:00a.m. We went up town and got a sandwhich for supper and it was doing a little something then. It is 31 degrees right now as I'm typing this. The way Ryan is talking on his blog, we may get some ice before morning. Hope things have settled down your way. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours.
Love & Hugs,
Karen H.
Hi sweetie,
Aww, thanks! xoxo
Good morning, Karen,
I think the Springfield area got a lot of ice. We have some, but not a lot, thank God. I'm glad your DH and Uncle made it home safely. Hopefully, this nasty weather will be out of here today. Thank you for coming by and the updates. Hope your power is on this morning!
Love and Hugs,
Renie
Congratulations on the new blog award. I missed the moon, I wasn't about to go stand outside in the cold, I was already in my nightgown when I remembered it, I got up from sofa and looked out, but couldn't see it anywhere, apparently it was completely covered by then. Also want to thank you for stopping by my place. Have a great week-end. Tommorrow, our one daughter (the non-blogging daughter) and I are going to a luncheon that benefits a Cancer group in Dayton Oh. They have a fashion show and the models are all cancer survivors. I hope this weather doesn't prohibit us from going. She had to pay $50.00 a ticket. We went last year and had a nice time. They also have door prizes, and items you can buy before and after the luncheon, anything from jewelry to books.
Hi Patty,
Oh, the luncheon sounds nice, and it's for a great cause! Enjoy!
Thank you for visiting. I always enjoy your blog, and your comments here. I didn't go outside either to watch the eclipse, but I was fortunate that it was visible from my kitchen window.
Have a great weekend!
Renie
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
We're so proud of you, Renie =)
