Spring Has Sprung! Woo Hoo!

Spring has sprung again
And dear, my dreams are lofty
Come share them with me.
(By me, hehe.)

A few of the colors in my yard greeting Spring.

The resident turtle in my pond knows it's spring, too, as he enjoys sunning himself on his fallen limb perch.

Good riddance to winter! Happy Spring, everyone!

Or Happy Autumn to our friends in other parts of our planet.

Blessings from the woods!

Hi Renie,

Love the pictures of the lovely flowers, our flowers haven't started to bloom yet, but in a week or two we will see some.

"Spring is nature's way of saying, "Lets party!" I loved your little quote at the beginning of your post, maybe I will steal it. ;)

Well today may be the first day of Spring, but I'm not holding my breath thinking old man Winter is almost gone. We've had some of our worse snow storms late March. Like your poem. We don't have anything blooming yet.

love the blooms! saw a few at the church the other day but nothing in the yard here yet.
Enjoy the nice weather before the heat gets there.

YaHoo indeed! I think the thing I am liking the most about spring showing up is the ability to get outdoors more often. All the other beauties are just icing on the cake!
Have a great weekend Renie!

Happy Spring Renie!
I know that this winter was a tough one in your part of the country.
Love seeing all the colorful little pictures that show spring has sprung..

After the winter you've endured, you deserve a beautiful spring. This is why you live in the country, and on the edge of the wild. They're beautiful pictures Renie.

Beautiful photos, Renie. Thanks for sharing! Spring is not as close to us as it looks in your neck of the woods. Any day now...

here here to that. We have spring here in the lakes now - the finest time of year here and full of Wordsworths daffodils

Lovely photos Renie.

It certainly makes you feel so much better when there's some warmth in the sun. Lovely! Hope it spurs me on to do some gardening and housework.

Like Patty I think we'll have an icy blast or two here before too long.

Renie,

Not much blooming here, mainly daffodils, but the lillies will com in soon. I'm glad that it's spring too...for some reason, the winter's seem to get longer and longer.

Looks like Spring has come to the woods with all the blooms in color...very pretty, Renie!

I am ready to start painting tonight!!! Hooray!!! The wallpaper is all off!!! And the walls are all prepared and sanded and washed down....just waiting for me! LOL

You have a pond? Wow...how nice. And a turtle yet...gotta love mother nature. What a serene surrounding you have.

Love the flowers. We are all in bloom here in the Coastal Bend of Texas too, how I love the warm Spring here.

Yes, spring has sprung....It is wonderful to see all of the trees budding out. I am not too fond of all of the pollen in the air, but sping is in the air. I am in the mood to head over to Home Depot and buy some flowers for my beds....

Loved your blooms... the red with the thorns... we used to have a bush like that at the north side of my childhood home... it was one of the first things that bloomed in our yard... now across the road at my grandmother's home were all kinds of flowers... she had daffodils of every kind... some that bloomed way earlier than everyone else's did.

Renie, Spring has sprung, what a cute little saying. I am jealous, I have no flowers in my yard, that is one of my favorite things is to grow flowers. I will try once more this spring to get that stubborn bank to yield my flowers I plant. Thank you for coming by.

Take care Miss Renie! xoxox

Oh, Renie, your blooms are beautiful. Spring is beautiful in your area and you're always ahead of us. I looked today and my snowdrops are blooming. The wind is brisk and chilly. We still need winter coats. But...it won't be long now until the daffodils and tulips are in bloom.

Enjoyed my visit.
Blessings,
Mary
